HEADLINE PERFORMANCE FIGURES


The Leader of the House of Commons has issued the Parliamentary Question Statistics for the 2006-2007 session.  They are;

PQs - FOR SESSION 2006-2007

  • 100% of the 40 Named day PQs were answered by the specified date. 
  • 99% of the 165 Ordinary PQs were answered within 5 working days.

CORRESPONDENCE - FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2007

  • 367 letters (needing a response) were received from MPs with 94% being answered within the 15 working day target.
  • 25 letters needing a response from Peers has been received, 100% being answered to target.
  • 90% of the 294 items of correspondence from the general public needing a response have been answered within the 20 working day target.
  • 100% of our interministerial correspondence has either been replied to within target or did not need a reply.
  • 100% of our FOI requests have been replied to within the 20 day target.

WEBSITE - FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2007 

  • In 2007 there was an average of 88,386 unique users, a 96% increase from the previous year, and an average of 1,020,419 hits per month.
  • In 2005 there was an average of 38,745 unique users and the average number of hits was 456,768 per month.
